The ICE Virtual Library is hosted in the USA and is designed to meet the accessibility standards of Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act. Those standards are in harmony with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) forms explain how information and communication technology products such as software, hardware, electronic content, and support documentation conform to the Section 508 standards for IT accessibility.
