• How do I purchase an article?
  The option to purchase is displayed at the bottom of the individual article or chapter
  
  

• Can I purchase a whole book or individual chapter?
  Yes. At the bottom of the book chapter page, you will be presented with both options:
  
  

• How long will I have access for?
  Access is available for 24 hours so be sure to download the content as soon as your purchase has been processed.
  
  
• How do I access my paid for content?
  Once your payment has been processed, you will be able to view your purchased content under the 'Access entitlements' section of your profile:
  
  
  
• I am a member of ICE, how do I claim my member discount?
  If you have logged in via the ICE member area, the displayed pay-to-view price will include your member discount.
  
  
• What are the Terms and Conditions for my purchase?
  You must accept the T&Cs before your payment is processed.
  
  

Receipts and Refunds

• Can I have a refund for my purchase?
  Purchases of PDFs from www.icevirtuallibrary.com are non-refundable. If you experience a problem in downloading or opening a purchased PDF, please contact us within 7 days of making the purchase and we will either resolve the problem or email a new copy of the purchased PDF to you.

• I am VAT registered. How do I claim a VAT refund?
  If you are from an organisation registered for VAT in a European Union country, then you can claim a refund on VAT paid on some credit card transactions on ICE Virtual Library.  Please contact us for more details.

• Where is my receipt?
  Your receipt will be emailed directly to the email address you used to create your user profile on the Virtual Library. The receipt is mailed from info@icepublishing.com. Please check your junk mail folder in case it has gone astray as we are unable to provide duplicates.
