Modified on Fri, 20 Dec, 2024 at 10:44 AM

Searching and browsing content:

  • Browsing the ICE Virtual Library
Our home page, journals and eBook pages highlight special content, including free content, that is being featured that month. You can also browse all of our journals and eBooks holdings: these are listed alphabetically and can be further filtered by publication date and subject

  • Searching the ICE Virtual Library
Quick searches of keywords and known author/DOI/ISSN information can be done from any page on the website. For more detailed searches, you can click through to our Advanced Search page and refine your search by author, subject, content type and publication date.

  • How do I filter my results?
You can filter your results by recency, content type, publication date, subject, keywords, author or publication. Please see the on-screen guidance on the results page:

  • How do I know which content I have access to?
Please review the information on the Access Entitlements page.

  • How do I save my searches?
    Please see our guidance here.

  • Will registering a profile give me access to content?
Registering an account is optional and is only necessary if users want to use additional features such as saving searches, bookmarking content, setting alerts etc.; it does not give access to full text content on the Virtual Library. Access to content is either by subscription, as an ICE Member or via the pay-to-view service.
