On Tuesday 14th May, our platform provider will be undertaking scheduled maintenance to the ICE Virtual Library. This scheduled to take place for a period of twelve hours starting 7am (BST).
This upgrade mainly focuses on infrastructural improvements, with updates to the security, stability, and performance frameworks of the Literatum platform. In addition, the release will include a small number of adjustments to existing features.
During the maintenance period, users will still be able to access journal and book content on the Virtual Library; but they will be unable to register profiles or make any updates on their existing profile accounts (e.g. add tokens, save searches or sign up to alerts) The pay-to-view service will also be disabled.
As soon as this work is complete, all functionality will resume.
